There was nothing special about it; it felt like any other over‑rated hotel. The rooms weren’t prepared properly before we arrived, and mosquitoes swarmed the rooms. When we asked for help, they offered us a Raid insecticide to spray ourselves, which was pathetic. The staff said they were not on shift and couldn’t help except for the spray.

The room was spacious and the bedding was clean, but housekeeping was practically invisible, the corridors were dim, the bathrooms needed work, and our air‑conditioner broke without anyone fixing it; breakfast wasn’t fresh, the juice tasted artificial, we asked for cleaning twice in two days and the room stayed dirty, then the water was shut off and maintenance showed up at 5 pm without any warning.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was varied and excellent. The price for the location was high, the air fresheners in the hallways were annoying, and the housekeeping service was unresponsive.
