“Hygiene is Poor”
The location was appropriate and the staff were friendly. Cleanliness is a very big concern here: the floor was dusty, the lock from outside was not working, and the TV was inoperative.

Nothing good. The AC didn’t work, the door lock was broken, there was no drinking water facility, and the cleaning was very poor.

The room was nice, but overall it was just a good stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and courteous staff who made me feel welcome. However, my room had some cleanliness issues, including a few unwelcome cockroach visitors and a smelly washroom that needed some attention. The hotel's location was a major plus, making it easily accessible for me. Despite the cleanliness issues, I appreciated the staff's efforts to make up for it.
