Very quiet, and the host was attentive all the time.

Quiet, in a very pleasant setting. You could hear roosters from miles away. Close to amazing viewpoints and beaches. Wifi was terrible. The toilet lid was old and broken. There were no bowls for breakfast, nor a toaster. Parking was on an abandoned lot that didn't feel safe. In summer nights you miss an air conditioner or a fan.

The apartment was functional and clean, located in a rural area but still close to main roads, with a small kitchenette that was enough for simple meals; the shower was tiny and the hot water was hard to regulate.
