“Dirty, uncomfortable, stressful, waste of time”

I recently had a disastrous stay at this hotel with my family. We were given three consecutive dirty rooms, and after being moved to new rooms, we were eventually kicked out without even spending a single night. To make matters worse, we were told we wouldn't receive a refund, despite the hotel's poor condition. The front desk manager seemed embarrassed by the state of the hotel, and the owner was completely uncooperative.

“Nice stay dirty face clothes”

The room I stayed in was lovely and spacious, which was a great start to my trip. However, my enthusiasm was dampened when I discovered that the face clothes and towels were dirty. It was a shame, as I had high hopes for my stay. A bit more attention to cleanliness would have made a big difference.

“Highly recommend, will stay again in the future”

I was thrilled to find that the hotel was pet-friendly, which made my stay much more enjoyable. The location was also perfect for me, as I was visiting friends in the area. I didn't have the chance to try breakfast, but overall, I was pleased with my experience. I don't have any criticisms, as everything seemed to be great.

I was impressed by how new and modern everything felt during my stay. However, I did find the shower head to be a bit short, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, I was generally happy with my experience and appreciated the hotel's recent updates.
