A very accessible Upper Level Standard King Room, located close to the Radium Hot Springs pools, includes a microwave and a refrigerator. It features a king‑size bed that accommodates two guests. Staff responded quickly and attentively when we were locked out of the room.

Everything was well organized, though some details seemed a bit neglected; overall it was good.

The room smelled musty and needed proper airing without artificial scents; the mattress was uneven and lumpy, causing a bad night's sleep. One side of the bed was too close to the wall, making it impossible to get out at night without wriggling to the bottom of the bed.
The access, staff, and communication were solid, but the A/C was old, noisy, and weak.
The clerk was very helpful and pleasant, and there were no issues.
