The hotel was clean and well‑served, with staff who were very attentive and friendly. However, the overall cleanliness didn’t meet the chain’s standard and there were many details that could be improved; we chose this brand for convenience but it didn’t satisfy us.

Not only did I receive an unsanitary room, but the hotel also failed to resolve the issue or help with a refund, which was a very disappointing customer service experience.
