Everything from the room to the rooftop patio to the staff that was so inviting and friendly. Absolutely nothing. Enjoyed every bit of it

The building is magnificent; the room is very pleasant but with a lot of stairs, so you need to be in good shape! The breakfast service was handled by a lady who clearly had her head elsewhere.

The location, room and staff were all outstanding. You’re basically in the heart of the city. The hotel staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The room we had was something else and well worth every penny. Thank you very much, Palazzo Boyl, we had a fantastic stay.

The terrace offered a view that was truly breathtaking, and the room itself was stunning, with the building’s history adding a special touch. However, a few small details were missing for the price paid: we had a drip‑coffee machine but only four sachets of instant decaf, and no kettle for the instant coffee; a Nespresso machine would have been expected in a room of that calibre, allowing a relaxed morning coffee on the terrace while enjoying the spectacular views.
