“Exactly what we needed”

We got exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The location was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, featuring a good mix of international and local dishes and drinks. We’d definitely return.

“Хороший отель за свои деньги”

The hotel sits right next to the old town, the promenade, and the fountain square, making it super convenient for morning excursions—no need for a taxi from the other side of town. When we checked in, the room already had toiletries: shampoo, soap, toothbrushes with toothpaste. Towels were changed daily and trash was taken out. The room was quiet, with minimal street noise, and it even had a kettle and a fridge. Breakfast was hearty and offered plenty of choices. After checking out at 12 pm, we could leave our bags at the reception until the evening. The biggest frustration was the Wi‑Fi: it would drop completely at times, giving no reliable connection—our room was on the 2nd floor, and it might have been better on the 1st. If you plan to work here, don’t count on the Wi‑Fi. Occasionally, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

“Не вернёмся..”

The place is well‑located and the staff are warm and responsive. However, the furniture looked pretty worn out. In the shower, the door didn’t close and the sink leaked. The windows were dirty and had no mosquito nets. The chair upholstery was “faded,” and the decorative pillows didn’t invite use. The bedside table was loose, with its edges taped on the fly. The room felt “tired.” The food was greasy, with over‑cooked sausages and a burnt omelet.

“Excellent Location and Value for Monay”

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Even though the room we had booked was unavailable due to maintenance, the hotel arranged two separate rooms on the same floor for us. Overall, it was a good experience. The location is great for exploring Nizami Street, and breakfast was enjoyable. The woman serving breakfast was especially kind and attentive.
