“Very good hotelbrokm but wifi sucked when came to connecting my gaming system”

The room looked nice, the bed was comfy and the shower worked well, and the air conditioner was fine. I couldn’t get my gaming system onto the wifi, though my phone connected fine, which was baffling; the staff offered an improper excuse that was very frustrating. All I wanted was for my girlfriend and me to enjoy the stay, but that wasn’t possible.

“The worst hotel experience I ever had”

The hotel tried to charge my card twice without my permission or knowledge. They told me I could extend my stay at 7am on the day of checkout, but at 11:05 they called saying they had changed their minds and we couldn’t stay anymore because of the people and pets I had inside. I had a double‑bed room, yet the hotel is pet‑friendly and dogs bark. The hallway had exposed mold on the wall, and at 11:10 they told me I needed to leave by 11:30 or they’d call the cops. The front‑desk lady, a big heavy set woman, hovered over my friend for breakfast daily. This place is the most disgusting I’ve ever been to, and I wish I’d never stayed; that lady needs a health inspection! The staff treated customers and guests poorly and did not seem welcoming at all, and the cleanliness was lacking.

“Overall I am very happy.”

The room was clean, staff gave great service, breakfast was delicious with many options, and I will stay there again. The elevators were not working, but they informed me before I booked.
