The staff were very helpful. The location is great, close to several subway stations, and the bedroom view is nice. Highly recommend. Maybe add more Western options to the breakfast.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The branch’s location isn’t the most convenient for tourists, as there are other branches of this hotel in tourist spots. However, a McDonald’s and a mall are right next to the hotel.

I booked rooms that didn't include complimentary breakfast, and the front desk staff assumed I could speak Mandarin because I look Chinese, even though I’m a Malaysian Chinese who doesn’t speak the language, so they should start by speaking English first.
