“Très décevant”
The staff and the location were good. Cleaning, housekeeping, and making the bed were done each morning (but the bedding wasn’t replenished regularly). The loud music from a bar in the hotel that lasts very late into the night is unbearable and depressing. A persistent cigarette smell in the hallway and room comes from an unknown source. Poor maintenance of equipment (water leak, no toilet paper, air conditioning works poorly, TV doesn’t work, bedding and towels aren’t changed regularly).
