I often visit Chiang Mai and usually book this hotel; the rooms are always clean and the bed is very comfortable, so I highly recommend it.

I was pleased with the hotel's location and staff, who seemed friendly and welcoming. However, my stay was uneventful, and I didn't encounter any major issues or complaints.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, service, and staff, who were all very helpful and responsive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the pool was beautiful. There's also a convenient store nearby and a market not too far away, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. However, the hotel's noise levels were a bit of an issue, as the breakfast area was quite loud and the construction work started early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.

I appreciated the hotel's location and spacious car park, which made it easy for me to park my vehicle. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the hotel's lack of a warm welcome from the staff. The rooms were also quite small, and some of them seemed dusty. I think the hotel could benefit from more thorough cleaning and maintenance.
