“Great location for seeing the center of the city.”
The hotel is very nice and the room comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help me load and unload my car. The location is great for walking around the centro, close to many restaurants and museums. Paid parking was a plus, though the lot is a 10‑minute walk from the hotel; they gave me a Google map to get there. This was my fourth visit to Querétaro, so I was familiar with the area. I wish I’d known about the construction in front of the hotel, which forced me to park by the park and bring my luggage in. Thankfully, a staff member helped me. My room was small but comfortable. I requested a first‑floor room, but in the evening the first floor opens as a bar. The music and chatter were loud, but by 11 pm everyone had calmed down. Finding a hotel in the centro with parking is not easy.
