GUOCE Beijing Capital Airport Hotel & Convention Center

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The check‑in process took forever; their system seemed inefficient, even the staff.

The staff were very responsive and the sense of scale was impressive; the tennis court inside the building was extremely convenient and the breakfasts were excellent. When we left they gave us heartfelt, handmade gifts and saw us off in a very touching way. However, they didn’t tell us the outdoor pool was closed, cleaners showed up despite the “do not disturb” button being on, at 7:30 am there was drilling and hammering from above, and there was a faint smell of smoke in the room that cleared after airing out.

The hotel's rooms were generously sized and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. However, the charge for pool access was a major drawback. Overall, the hotel's strengths were overshadowed by its lack of inclusivity when it came to pool use.

This guest had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Lambat. Despite initial concerns about language barriers, Lambat's dedication to ensuring their comfort made their stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were also major highlights, making their stay feel like a relaxing resort getaway.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it fell short in providing basic amenities and failed to deliver on its advertised pool facilities. The room's layout and dining area were well-designed, but the lack of a kettle and cups made it difficult to enjoy a hot beverage. The outdoor pool was a major letdown.
