I booked an apartment in Rio Grande, but when I arrived there was no fan—definitely the worst stay I've had. I left right away because of the bad treatment and asked for a refund. I've worked in tourism for years and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The spot was convenient, but there were no towels, no soap, no shower box, no curtain, and the lodge had no sign. I even had to take out the trash myself. Not a good experience.

The bed and organization were solid, and the towels were fine. But there was no shampoo, no soap, and no air conditioning. It was a mixed bag.
