A terrace with garden and mountain views and a private kitchen opens onto the inner courtyard, and the room includes air‑conditioning, soundproofing and free Wi‑Fi. It sleeps three guests with a standard bed and an extra bed available, and offers a seating and dining area, wardrobe, socket by the bed, flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, fan and alarm clock. The private bathroom provides a bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, free toiletries and toilet paper.

“Great value, friendly host”
The room was tidy, clean, and offered great value.
“Easy access to town, and good value for money.”
The location is fantastic for town, there’s a good play area for kids, and spacious parking on site with easy access to parks. There’s no sound from other units or road noise in the bedrooms, and although the shower isn’t like home, the water temperature was fantastic. I’m happy with everything.
“Was adequate for the $$ paid”
The room was warm enough, it was a particularly extreme cold snap in chch. The heatpump was running on high when we arrived and an extra oil column heater provided for one of the rooms. It was a great price point too and the beds were comfy enough for the money paid. Good off St parking. No light in the toilet or the lounge. Only 3 thin towels provided for 4 people. The oil column heater ticked loudly all night long ( although was worth it for the extra warmth)

We didn’t like anything; we were only there for half an hour and left, having pre‑paid so we lost our money. No one was there when we arrived, so we rang and the door to our room was open. Black mold covered the curtains, the room smelled bad, the bathroom tap was broken, and the shower looked moldy. It was cold and it didn’t feel like the heat pump would warm the room; with no one to talk to, we had to leave.

I had a short stay but it was good: clean, tidy, comfortable bed, lounge chairs were very hard—I’d prefer fresh milk, but otherwise it was great and the owners were friendly. The hard chairs were the only downside, and there was a lack of milk.
