The room was ordinary; it’s a guesthouse, not a hotel. Booking said check‑out was between 9–12 pm, but the owner told me it was 9 am and that a late check‑out would cost extra (I arrived at 10 pm the night before with a small child). When I opened the room I saw the posted price was 250 K and that it was calculated from 2 pm the day before to 12 pm the next day. So why was I forced to check‑out early? Also there were two bottles of water in the room that I thought were complimentary, but then they tried to charge me for them. Even though the water was cheap, charging me for it while forcing an early check‑out was really bad.
