“Relajación”
We booked two rooms, but the one assigned to the women was far from the rest of our family. The old air‑conditioner made a lot of noise, the beds creaked, and the door required us to insert the card before it opened—no simple tap‑and‑go. There were many empty rooms at the entrance, and we had to wait until the last one was available. On the bright side, the pools had warm water and the food was absolutely delicious.
“Excelente lugar”
The service was attentive and the comfort level was excellent.

I requested a ground‑floor room for Jesús Trejo, but the front desk gave me a third‑floor room. After paying an extra fee, I finally received a ground‑floor room.

The hotel is old, and when the air‑conditioner turned on it sounded like an antique train engine that kept us from sleeping. There was no phone or safe to leave belongings, the linens were faded, and the mattress felt like it had been used for 20 years.
The event took place inside the hotel. The price, cleanliness, room, mattress, and bedding were all poor, the hotel service was lacking, and the food made us feel sick.
