The receptionist area was nice and LaConstance was very helpful. However, the accommodations did not meet our expectations: the traditional rooms are not the rooms shown on the site, the side our room was on smelled like urine, the bed and linens looked clean, but the room was very outdated with an old smell, the carpet was old and stained, and it appeared that someone had attempted to break in where the lock mechanism was on the door. It was not for us, so we decided not to stay and the room was cancelled free of charge.

The staff was GREAT, no problems. The room should have had blackout curtains.
