The King Room sleeps two and features hardwood or parquet flooring throughout. A private bathroom includes a shower, flat‑screen TV, hairdryer, free toiletries, towels, toilet, toilet paper, and a safety deposit box, while a wardrobe, iron, telephone, socket by the bed and wake‑up service are provided in the room. The room is located on an upper floor that can be reached only by stairs.

“A Disappointing Stay in a Failing Hotel”
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disaster. The room was so damp that it was almost uninhabitable, and when we asked for a heater, we were charged an additional 50 pesos per night, which I thought was absurd. The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself was in a state of disrepair, and the only redeeming feature was its central location, which made it easy to get around the small town of San Cristobal. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel.
The place was very pleasant, the service excellent, the staff professional and very close to the historic centre, and the Wi‑Fi was very good. We stayed in the cabin (fe) which was very pretty and large. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning.
