The key handover was terrible, with no way to contact the hotel staff. We almost ended up on the street. The building looked abandoned. The apartment was neither clean nor comfortable. We do not recommend it.

I’m really sorry to say this, we lost an hour trying to find the apartment because there was no building number—it was a nightmare, and the rooms were a mess, nothing was organized. Otherwise the place was quiet and calm, but everything we saw in the photos was completely different, it was just awful.

Do not book this place! Everything is a lie, the place feels unsafe from the moment you arrive. The cleanliness is half‑finished, with mop buckets half‑filled in the hallway. The room assigned to me wasn’t ready and had no sheets. When I went to the kitchen I found dirty sheets stacked and a washing machine jammed with sheets inside. The host only responded to my key request and never resolved any of my complaints. My biggest mistake was booking without reading the reviews. It’s one of the few places that “doesn’t accept cancellations,” so everyone leaves on the first night. Everywhere feels abandoned, dirty, and dangerous. If you’re traveling alone, this is the WORST ACCOMMODATION option in all of Lisbon. Booking should ban hosts like this for so much bad feedback.
