I was pleasantly surprised by how private each apartment was, despite sharing the house with others. The atmosphere was incredibly serene and rural, yet we were still just a 15-minute drive from the center of Avilés. Although it was a bit secluded, the peaceful ambiance made up for it. The location offered the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. However, we did find the apartment to be a bit on the smaller side, and the shared garden with another unit wasn't ideal for us, especially since we were traveling with our dogs. Despite these minor drawbacks, the owners' hospitality more than made up for it.
