The spot is super handy—central but not on the busiest streets, and the room is plenty for a quick stay. You can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and several stations are under ten minutes away. The staff were friendly. I'd definitely book again. The bathroom lacks enough towel racks and the tap is a bit short for the sink.

The place is convenient. The air‑conditioning refuses to go below 19 °C even with two adults in the room, and with no window it needs to be cooler.

The location is ideal. The hotel is quiet and the bedding is very comfortable. There are no storage options, so bring a small suitcase; opening the window is impossible.

### Excellent Staff, Great Location, and a Very Pleasant Stay Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily return to this hotel on my next visit to London. **The staff were truly exceptional.** Special thanks to **Bruno at reception**, who promptly and professionally resolved an issue with my original room upon arrival. His kindness, efficiency, and welcoming smile were greatly appreciated. **Mihaela, also at reception**, was equally wonderful—always patient, attentive, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Her warm smile and friendly approach made it easy to ask questions, and she consistently made me feel welcome. Both Bruno and Mihaela deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. I also want to thank **the lovely gentleman working in the cafeteria**, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. He was always smiling, approachable, and incredibly helpful. I sincerely hope management can identify him and recognize his excellent service. The entire team was courteous, welcoming, and ready to assist. **The rooms are very small**, especially considering the hotel's high prices, although this did not personally bother me. The windows cannot be opened, reportedly due to local safety requirements, which may be uncomfortable for guests sensitive to enclosed spaces. **Cleanliness was excellent.** Daily housekeeping was agreed upon in advance and carried out consistently without additional requests. The staff were also happy to address any extra needs. Coffee, tea, powdered milk, and water were provided daily. The **twice-weekly wine and cheese evenings** were a lovely addition, although it would be helpful to clarify that only one glass of wine is complimentary. **The location is fantastic**, with excellent public transport connections and many places within walking distance. Amusingly, I only fully appreciated this during my last two days!
