The setting, the calm, and the staff made for a truly wonderful stay; we felt at home thanks to their help. The pool and sauna were well maintained and enjoyable, absolutely worth doing again 👍. There was nothing negative.

The quietness and simplicity of the hotel were great. The pillow was too bulky and hard, the pool didn't open onto the outside, and we couldn't plug in our Zoe electric charger. We had to leave early to charge it in Langogne before our drive.

The building, the site, and the cleanliness were solid. Gluten‑free bread, promised at reservation, was only delivered after a 45‑minute wait at breakfast. The promised compensation (free breakfast) was never given. Keep promises or don't make them.
