Nothing positive; I booked through this app, they cancelled the reservation claiming no payment was made, and the staff behaved poorly—if payment is required beforehand, why is there an option to pay at the hotel? I called the property to ask about payment, they said no payment is needed, yet my booking was confirmed and I could pay on site.
