The bedroom fit my needs perfectly, the pool area was lovely, and there were plenty of beds. The staff were always friendly, though the food quality was disappointing; breakfast was fine but every dish at the evening buffet tasted the same.

The room was spacious, yet the soundproofing was poor—everything could be heard. The buffet needed more variety.

The room was fine, but the buffet breakfast was awful for a celiac guest: stale biscuits, squashed chocolate muffins, and a strange blue powder with no clear labeling. The fresh honey was misplaced, and the gluten‑free area could get cross‑contaminated when people went for the honey.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Just what i needed for 4 nights. Not sure royal level is worth it. Drinks service round the pool

The hotel was super well organized and the staff were amazing, especially those we interacted with over the ten days at Royal Level. The room hygiene could have been better in detail; the toiletries should have been of higher quality.
