The best part of the stay is having an entire house to yourself, which adds a lot of comfort and privacy. Ben, the manager, was attentive and available when needed. The kitchen was well equipped and overall the house has potential for a quiet few days in Marrakech. The beds are comfortable and let you rest well after a day of sightseeing. The location listed on Booking doesn’t match the actual location, so check it on Google Maps before booking. In our case, when arranging transport we realized it was farther from the center than expected and the owner’s reply was not very satisfying. We also had a minor incident when we returned from a walk and found the cleaning person inside the house. When we asked, we were told to talk to Ben. It turned out to be a misunderstanding, but communication could have been better. The property shows some maintenance issues: several outlets were loose or protruding from the wall, there was dampness in the ground‑floor rooms and the entrance area, and the showers had low pressure and weak brackets. Additionally, some items advertised, like DVDs or board games, were missing. Cleaning left water bottles and other products that weren’t ours in the fridge and freezer, and the sponge for scrubbing was already used. Finally, the exterior of the area when arriving at the property looks quite neglected and gives a poorer first impression than the interior offers.
