The location was comfortable, the view impressive, and the room’s comfort made for a wonderful stay; the friendly staff and hearty breakfast added to the overall charm. The hotel sits far from the city center and only taxis are available, while the on‑site ATMs are constantly broken and don’t accept dollars, forcing you to find another place to exchange money and incur extra taxi costs; the restaurant’s prices are also extremely high.

The hotel is excellent – clean, well‑maintained, with good breakfast. Consider improving bathroom soundproofing; the sliding doors only save space.

The room was fine and the staff were friendly. Even though it’s a bit out of Bukhara, getting to the city is easy and cheap. The hotel isn’t clearly marked on the map; every taxi would stop at the entrance of the Eternal City, the area where the hotel is, and I had to tell them to stop about 500 m further. The bathroom had some dampness between the tiles, which is unacceptable for a Hilton.
