All the staff are amazing. The receptionist with a beard and another reception young member were extremely helpful and made my trip easier. They organised many tours for me and were always very supportive. Bengsu, the lady who manages breakfast, was very helpful and always offered me coffee or tea whenever I was sitting there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Ayder. Nothing.Its fabulous
