It sleeps two guests on a king‑size bed, includes a safety deposit box, iron with ironing facilities, a desk, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, an electric kettle, a mosquito net, a telephone, and single‑room air‑conditioning with heating, plus free Wi‑Fi and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels. The en‑suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, free toiletries, towels and toilet paper.

The beach was outstanding—such soft white sand that even your feet slip off easily, with picturesque birds, a lake, and pines nearby. The pool was very warm, maintaining a comfortable temperature even when the outside heat had faded. Rooms and the area were fairly clean. However, the price‑quality ratio was disappointing; one night cost us almost 100,000, and we expected more comfort and “class.” The bathroom had the cheapest gels and shampoos, the breakfast didn’t reach the expected level, and the kids’ club looked old‑fashioned and somewhat dull.

Nothing liked; it doesn't match the price. The bed was dirty and there were no bedside tables.
The hotel price doesn't match its quality; 150 000 tenge a day for a tiny room is overkill. I won't go again, even if the price drops, and regret not paying more to stay at Rixos. At breakfast, tables are either all taken or dirty and uncleaned, and utensils take another ten minutes to arrive. On the plus side, the area behind the hotel and the heated pool are great, but that alone won't bring me back. The price is still too high for the quality, and at breakfast the tables are unclean and there's nowhere to sit, plus the utensils take an extra ten minutes. The dining area feels stuffy, likely because the ventilation can't handle the number of guests.
Comfort, the internal grounds, spa, massage, staff attitude, and the restaurant on the 8th floor are all excellent.
