Susan really knows her stuff and was super kind, making us feel right at home. The house itself is spacious, spotless and cozy, and it stays dead quiet after dark. The resident pets were also a pleasant surprise, always friendly.

The cottage sits about 6 km off a gravel road, so it feels pretty remote, but Susan welcomed us warmly and even gave us a dry spot for our soaked motorcycles and gear when we arrived in a downpour. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though the drive to get there was slick in the rain and the area was swarmed with mosquitoes in the evenings.

Suzan was absolutely wonderful—her warmth and attentiveness made the stay memorable. Nothing else to complain about.

The welcome was warm and the place has a lot of history, which added a nice charm to the stay. No real downsides to mention.
