The staff were very friendly; Louisa and Paula always made sure we felt at home. I wanted a location with a direct view of the A516 Arouca Bridge, the property was well maintained, the pool was great, and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was beautiful, perfectly situated for visiting the Arouca suspension bridge and the Païva walkways in this very rural and mountainous region. The host’s welcome was very professional and friendly! The only downside: the magnificent pool was not heated; 22 °C was just right. Otherwise, a very nice place to recommend! The water temperature of the pool was a drawback.
