“Matig hotel op een goede locatie.”

The location was fine and everything was easily reachable. Breakfast disappointed me with very limited options and rude staff. The pool shuts down at the hottest part of the day, which is inconvenient. The room felt outdated, and the wireless charger in our room melted my phone case.

The location suited us perfectly, and the flexibility to choose whether to have breakfast each day was convenient. We stayed in both the deluxe suite and the deluxe room on separate occasions, and those rooms tended to be opposite the lifts and next to the water fountain. If you’re willing to pay extra, opt for a suite.

I didn’t like anything; the breakfast was missing, prices were terrible, no ventilation, rooms were small and stuffy, and the internet didn’t work—complete disappointment.

“The swimming and the view was the only thing that made me stay”

I appreciated the view from my suite and enjoyed the pool and gym. The staff were extremely unfriendly, never offering a goodbye or thank you after my six‑week stay. Rates kept climbing daily to the point of absurdity, forcing guests to pay exorbitant amounts or risk losing their stay. Dining felt uncomfortable; I was stared at like an alien, with no smiles or friendly conversation. It was ridiculous that bread rolls couldn’t accompany soup for takeaway, so I always ordered takeout to avoid the tense atmosphere. I’m very upset after spending so much for such terrible treatment.

La ubicación, frente a la parada del autobús y el servicio de transfer que conecta el hotel con Central. El personal no es muy resolutivo y puede ser un poco más amable
