The location is good. The water from the showers that face the common space was cold, and the shower in the reception had lukewarm water, quite cool. The private room faces the common space, so you hear all the guests cooking or sitting at tables, and the window has a cold curtain through which a lot of light passes. I had planned to extend my stay but didn't because of the lack of hot water. The price seemed high relative to the amenities.

“Pas fiable et incorrect”

On arrival we learned that our reserved room had been given to other people. They offered us another room at double the price. Take it or leave it. No discussion possible. And they told us to leave, then closed the door.

“Excelente relación calidad-precio, buena ubicación y personal muy servicial.”

The staff were very helpful and attentive, and even though the reception had limited hours they still made it possible to check in late, giving us payment flexibility; they also offered airport transport. The room was comfortable and spacious, with clean, well‑maintained bathrooms. The shared fridge, kitchen, and dining table were all cozy. In the shared bathrooms the doors didn’t close properly, but there was a more private bathroom near the reception that was excellent.

“A fuir!”

The room we had booked through booking was already taken when we arrived, so the owner did nothing to re‑accommodate us – that’s dishonest!
