The spot was ideal in a part of Singapore I’d never visited before, with many nearby restaurants and bars; the rooms are a bit small but still good value, and the proximity to the airport made me tip the Grab driver more than the fare.

The staff were friendly, the ambience cozy, housekeeping efficient, and the location convenient—close to the Metro, bus station, and a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. I did wish the hotel had included breakfast, even though there are plenty of nearby dining options.

Everything was within easy reach, which was great. However, I raised a concern with the front desk staff about a security issue at the exit, especially regarding the emergency lift or evacuation procedures.

The bathroom was a real let‑down; mould appeared in the corners and around the toilet seat, which was very disappointing. Aside from that, everything else scored a perfect 10/10, so the poor cleanliness of the bathroom was frustrating.
