Getting into the building was very easy and fast, but outside the building it wasn't clean.

“great place. Thank you for last minute reservation. Amazing bed and sleep. Very clean”

The communication and check‑in process were great, the location was superb, the bed was super comfortable, and the team and service were excellent. The room was a bit small, had no window, and was not a traditional hotel as I had expected; it felt more like a BnB with others sharing the unit and there was no official front office for check‑in. It wasn't bad, just not what I anticipated.

“Excellent location, Clean space.”

I chose this spot because of its prime location—just a short stroll to Broadway, Times Square, and Hudson Yards, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My room was spotless, with fresh linens, a spacious closet, and high ceilings. The AC unit and fan kept the place cool even during the heatwave, and the large TV was a bonus for a TV‑heavy night. A fridge was also available. The downside is the noise: Hell’s Kitchen is lively 24/7, and sirens, horns, and traffic can be heard from the front‑facing room. They do provide earplugs, but I’d recommend a noise machine or headphones if you’re sensitive to the city’s buzz.

“Nice property, pay attention to the adress in the link. Use the fan to drown out noise.”

The property was nice and clean the bed was comfortable and items like towels were provided. I found my room had everything I needed including an iron for my clothes that got wrinkled in my suitcase. (The bathroom was also very clean) The property was in a good location for accessing a lot of places in the city fairly easily. There are a lot of food options in a short walking distance of the property. There was some hiccups and confusion with locating the property, but I will say as a solo female traveler I felt safe during my stay. I will say the fan provided in the closet did help a lot with drowning out the street noise. Echoing a lot of other reviewers there was confusion on locating the property which set off some alarm bells for me. The address provided by is not the location of the property. The actual address is a few blocks away and is provided in the reservation email. I will say that I called the provided number when I was having challenges finding the location and got a prompt response from someone who was able to walk me through locating the property and my room. Once in the room I was able to find my keys and everything else from there pretty easily. One annoyance during my night there was the door keypad to the floor was frequently beeping, I know to expect the sounds of other people moving around through the night as they come and go from their rooms, but the door keypad seemed to almost go off randomly and never was rarely followed by the sound of the door opening or closing so I'm wondering if it was having some sort of signal issue
