Walking distance from metro, cafes and China town. Very bland and grey. Just a building with beds, nothing of decoration or color. The door was also opening right in front of my bed/capsule, and my sisters above me, almost knocking her of the ladder when the door opened and she was climbing down

Comfortable beds. Clean. Nice shower facilities. Nice communal area with benches that looked out onto the street. Good location with nice restaurant directly down stairs. I had trouble figuring out the lock on the safe. Also, not being allowed to wear shoes in the hostel. I didn't mind it but would prefer wearing them in there

One of the best neighborhoods in Singapore and the room was quiet. The staff were attentive and tried their best, even though they were not able to fix some of the issues. The whole place is very dark, tatty, run down.walls marked up, stuffy smell. Looked NOTHING like the marketing materials. My pod was moldy and there was no/poor ventilation in it and there was nothing anyone could do about it. The promotional/marketing description said the women's bathroom was in the female-only room I was in. Instead, you had to walk through the common/shared toilet area

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We tried setting it to the lowest possible temperature and maximum power, but the room simply would not cool down. I believe the air-conditioning system was actually faulty. My family and I had an extremely hot and uncomfortable night, which made it very difficult to rest. The situation was so unpleasant that the following day I decided to leave the hotel and find another place where we could stay more comfortably. For a hotel in Singapore, where the climate is so hot and humid, properly functioning air conditioning is essential. Unfortunately, this issue completely affected our experience and I would not choose to stay here again
