The room was spacious, soundproofed, and impeccably clean, complete with a bathrobe and slippers. The hotel sits in a convenient spot for exploring the city, and the staff were discreet yet helpful. The only drawback was the absence of orange juice and a limited selection of pastries and bread at breakfast.

The location was absolutely great: the concert venue was literally 200 m away, and the city centre was just 1 km. Our original room had no view—just a roof window. Luckily on the second day we could change rooms and everything was perfect!

Tolles Frühstückbuffet mit sehr nettem Personal! Zimmer sind TOP (bis auf ein paar kleine, notwendige Reparaturen die nötig wären - ist aber normal wenn das Hotel fast immer ausgebucht ist). Lage ist zentral und dennoch sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig! Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof / zum Einkaufszentrum PALLADIUM / zur Altstadt. einfach super! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne! Danke!. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen - wie gesagt: ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten öfter mal kontrolliert werden. WC-Papier-Rollenhalter (war etwas locker und ließ sich drehen), Abläufe in Dusche und Waschbecken immer mal kontrollieren,. aber das sind nur normale Kleinigkeiten. Was mich persönlich immer wieder stört: die Matratzen rutschen, sind nicht fixiert. also Vorsicht beim Kuscheln

Good location, about a quarter‑hour walk from the main spots and a train station under the hotel if needed. The street has a variety of breakfast, Italian and more restaurants. Staff are great and available for any problem/request. The lobby is not well invested at all! They focused on rooms but forgot the lobby, so it's not fun to sit there.
