The rooms were spacious, the staff courteous and accommodating, and the ambience very nice. The staff were warm, and our stay was pleasant. Hot water was instant. The bedsheets and duvet covers were worn and stained, and the room sofa had stains that looked unpleasant. Food at the in‑house non‑veg dining was okay but pricey for the standard; it needs improvement.

The lifts were broken, reception and hallway air conditioning didn’t work, the restaurant staff was very sparse with no proper service, and the food quality and taste were poor.

The staff were always super kind and gave the best smiles; they solved any issue quickly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The gym was good enough, and the kitchen was fantastic. Mainly, the purpose of visiting Morbi was for work, and most good hotels provide an office table and chair in every room for that reason; this one didn’t, but it did have a table with a chair, which was okay.

The location, staff, cleanliness, and food were all great, but I was slightly disappointed that the pool wasn’t open.

The staff were very nice. The rooms were big, comfortable, and had clean bathrooms. The restaurant was good, and the lobby had a nice atmosphere. Some soft drinks were out of stock for several days, and the room fridge wasn’t working.
