The place was really clean and the staff were super helpful, but the breakfast fell short of expectations and I wish there had been more vegan options.

The location is great, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning worked well this time, and everyone at reception was friendly; the breakfast was good in terms of quality. However, the two women who serve breakfast in the restaurant are extremely rude, neither saying good morning nor wishing a good day, and they bring food in parcels; most of the time it was half‑filled when we first came in the morning, with parcels of burek, two eggs, cheese… it felt like we weren’t welcome and that they didn’t like us being there. After someone apparently complained at reception about this situation, the next morning everything was abundant, and we even heard “good morning” and an explanation for why the previous day was so bad (no one asked, it was completely unexpected when the woman who had never even looked up at us started speaking). For the money you pay for a night with breakfast that isn’t small, such staff behaviour in the restaurant is unacceptable.
