I stayed in a room that was filthy and had a strong cat‑piss odor. The place isn’t in Broken Arrow; it’s actually at 41st and Garnett in Tulsa, and it’s absolutely awful. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your family here at all. It took me two weeks to get a refund, and I ended up booking a BnB for the same price that was clean and not trapped out.
