“Overall experience was poor as compared to brand Ginger, as I have stayed couple of Ginger hotels.”

Compared to other Ginger hotels I've stayed at, this one felt overall poor. The room’s AC was ineffective, the fan was noisy, and the food service and reception were subpar.

The location was good and the staff were quite okay, but toiletries weren’t provided until I asked for them.
