“Never again.”

The floor of our room was damp and soggy. When we complained, we were told it would go away once the A/C was on, but that didn’t fix it. The reception staff were clueless, clearly untrained, and didn’t know what they were doing. Even after we asked for the food bill at checkout, they said nothing was due. When we finally left the car after nearly 15 minutes, they sprinted after a food bill that I’d already requested earlier. The reception and dining areas were scorching hot with no air‑conditioning. It was all just silly.

“Mediocre. Breakfast is absolutely mismanaged. There is hardly any staff and those who were there are poorly trained”

Getting to the property is easy and it’s not far from the temple, but the staff are poorly trained. First, there was a door issue that they fixed after I had to visit reception twice because it wouldn’t open. I think it’s more a management problem than just staff.

Basic items like towels weren’t provided, and the room and washroom were not clean; used products were still there.

The spot was great, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant service was excellent, but the bathroom left something to be desired – the overhead shower didn’t work and the room was too small for a bathroom.
