The Beach Heights Condotel Kata 500 meters to Kata beach

“Prime location”

The location was within walking distance of the beach and close to many local markets, offering plenty of food options nearby. The check‑in process was a bit unclear until we arrived at the property, but after that everything else worked well.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are welcoming and always ready to help, although they could improve their English; this is a general issue in the area.

“Helt okej”

There is a pool, gym, balcony, and the price is good. The cleaning was poor, the staff were unhelpful because I was staying in a condotel, the room view was bad, all gym machines were broken, the yoga mats were almost gone, and there were many Russians.

“Päivi Uusitalo 🇫🇮”

The room was clean, the hotel cozy and fully equipped. The apartment was run by a private host, and communication went smoothly. We hardly used the pool area because the deck chairs were uncomfortable. Pool towels, a bottle of water, small toiletries, and a hairdryer were provided. Restaurants and the evening market were a short walk away. We walked a bit farther to the beach, which made for a nice morning jog. Thanks again! The staff were very helpful.

“décevant car ne correspod pas pour 3 personnes”

The location, the hotel, and the outdoor facilities (pool) are good. The room, listed as a suite for three people, only has one bed for two, no housekeeping or towel changes were arranged, and there were two coffee mugs for a room that was advertised for three, with a hidden spare bed behind a curtain.
