The staff were attentive and the services were good. The hotel is impressive and the rooms are very spacious. There is a 24‑hour reception and a parking lot. The elevator was broken for several days and there are many stairs.

Having stayed in hotels across 15 countries, Ayazma Cave Hotel ranks among the best I've ever encountered. Ruhan goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight—Yasemin’s omelets are a must-try! Each morning offered a nice variety, and you could also order freshly made menemen or fried potatoes, all delicious. The location is ideal, just a 5–7 minute walk to Ürgüp’s center. As a boutique hotel, it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. We absolutely loved our time at Ayazma Cave Hotel and would 100% return next time we visit Cappadocia. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ayazma Hotel and will definitely return. The team runs the place with great spirits. The centre of the hotel itself is a nice spot to chill out and chat—especially with Ruhan the hotel manager—thank you so much for those fun times! It was such a pleasure to meet you and I appreciate your help, recommendations and organisation. The rooms let you relax after eventful days. At only a 10‑minute walk to the city centre, it’s also a great location to explore Ürgüp without being in the middle of it.

The staff were excellent throughout, very attentive, friendly, and always ready to solve any questions or problems. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The location is convenient if you’re driving, with public parking nearby, and it’s much quieter than Göreme or Uçhisar. The first room we received had noticeable dampness and mold, and the extra bed was a child’s mattress that was very uncomfortable, but the hotel staff fixed these issues right away, making our stay enjoyable. Thank you very much!

We arrived for the Cappadocia Ultra Trail Race, and Ayazma Cave Hotel is just a short walk from the start and finish line, the race centre and the expo, making it easy to prepare for the race and return for rest. The staff were super cheerful and helpful—thanks Ruhan, Ali and Yasemin for taking good care of us during our stay. They catered to all our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast good! I would definitely recommend Ayazma to everyone :)
