The place is very well situated and the facilities are clean and comfortable, but the service fee for room service is ridiculously high. I ordered a club sandwich and the fee was 25 % of the sandwich’s price, then they asked if I wanted to tip. I get that everything costs money, but it would have been better to know the $10 fee upfront.

The room was clean and nice, but other guests kept slamming doors all night and early in the morning.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful, right in the CBD near shops and restaurants, and the king bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom/shower/toilet area was quite small and the mirror for my wife was poorly lit. The air‑con made a loud noise and even when it was off, a noisy draft came under the door from the corridor.

It was okay.

The buffet breakfast is amazing and the staff are attentive and nice, but the beds feel very firm.
