“It’s a SCAM”
We arrived at the hotel with a reservation made through Booking, only to find that the site, which still appeared advertised, was completely abandoned—no staff, no reception, no service. Calls went unanswered or were hung up on, and we received no explanation or solution. It is unacceptable that this still shows as available on Booking when there is no real service. We wasted time and were left completely unattended, so we do not recommend it at all; check carefully before booking.
