The room was lovely and the one‑hour late checkout was very helpful, but the breakfast was poor so we only had it once.

The location, facilities, and staff were perfect; Aseu and Ari were great, extremely pleasant and helpful.

Getting in and out was a lot of traffic, and the worst part was the service: I hurt my foot in the room, asked for ice, and after 20 minutes someone brought a bucket of ice and a 20 AED bill.

It was a cozy, comfortable stay; the room was very clean and modern, the staff were friendly and welcoming—thanks to Emily for her big smile and hospitality. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner at the Garden on the 8th was exceptional.
