“Was not able to stay, they cancelled our reservation to get more money for the room due to football.”

I chose this place because it was close to my sister’s house and far enough from the freeway to escape traffic noise. Unfortunately a Broncos game hit, and since we had a discounted rate, they cancelled our booking by leaving a voicemail that I never got. When I asked why it was cancelled, the answer was a broken TV. After cancelling, they installed a new TV and rented the room to someone else, refusing to fix the problem without cancelling. To find a decent room I had to drive back to Meridian because all other rooms were taken for the game. I will never book here again because of this and their attitude.

Nothing good. The rooms were filthy, the carpet was stained, the AC didn’t work, the room smelled, the tub and sink were always clogged.

“Was OK, not exceptional.”

The location was fine. The gravy on the biscuits was bland, the fruit was overripe, the elevator didn’t work, and there was no ice on our floor.

“Large rooms with everything we needed for a weekend stay visiting our son at BSU!”

The rooms are spacious and there was a decent breakfast selection. All of the other guests were super friendly. - Our tv didn’t work when turning it on so we had to manually switch to HDMI2 each time. - The shower faucet dripped constantly! We had to put a towel on top of the drain to keep the dripping noise to a minimum. - We had to log into the WiFi every time instead of it connecting automatically so we were constantly trying to find the little piece of paper with the WiFi password on it between all of us in the room

The room wasn’t clean; there were stains on the floor and bedding, and the bathroom needed cleaning.
