I showed up early, but they couldn't get me checked in right away. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit inconvenient. The hotel itself seemed nice, though.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel - the receptionist was super rude, our room was pretty basic and not very clean, and overall it just felt like a letdown. The whole thing was kinda disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to a decent stay.
